Comedians/Actors crossing over to music is no longer news to us. Not a bad combination. Equally good outcome.

MUSIC: AY .COM – JOGOLO (Prod by Young D)

AY.COM takes us to the dance floor once again with his new party starter titled “Jogolo”. It’s not exactly been smooth-sailing for the “Pass Me Ur Love” crooner ever since her dropped that monster joint alongside Terry G. Can he shake off that “one hit wonder” tag and recapture the hearts of fans with this? You never know.
Heavy Gbedu for sure!

MUSIC: DRB-LasGidi – Shakara

The first time we heard from DRB-LasGidi was on the single “Toyin” (produced by DJ Caise). “Shakara” is a new joint from the UK-based group. Apparently it’s a warm-up to their 2nd official single.
These young lads are definitely putting in work. I started paying a bit more attention to them when I heard one of ‘em, BOJ, on “Omo Pastor” with Ajebutter22. With time, I’m sure their grind will pay off.

MUSIC: Trigga Madtonic – Bounce + Summer Swag

Born and raised in Caribbean Islands, Trigga Madtonic embodies that Dance Hall stereotype. Now in Lagos, Trigga is signed to a record label called Euphoric Dynasty. Listen to his new singles “Summer Swag” and “Bounce”. If packaged and promoted well, Trigga can do some real damage in the clubs.

“The EUPHORIC DYNASTY signed on TRIGGA MADTONIC (real names Livingston Pierre) from the Caribbean Islands and after settling in well enough, Trigga is ready to light up the scene with his cross-continental fusion of Caribbean and Naija styles as he drops two (2) brand new songs!
While the 1st single “Summer Swag” summarizes his good-life experience in Nigeria with a fusion of English and Yoruba lyrics, the 2nd one “Bounce” goes hard the Caribbean way, original dancehall from the source!
An international act that looks to create a blend/window for Nigerian and Caribbean artistes/music through the Euphoric dream of selling Nigerian culture to the world, Trigga is not only on course for a successful career but also the making of HISTORY!”

MUSIC: R.I.C Hassani – Hello + Be My Girl

He was once known as Rico Slim… then he became R.I.C… now it looks like he’s now RIC HASSANI… “Hello” and “Be My Girl” are RIC’s new joints.
You can tell RIC is improving. His sound is becoming more mature and he’s putting more effort into his lyrics. That’s what consistency gives you. Listen to both songs and let us know your thoughts.
