Actress Ini Edo has unveiled her shoe line ‘Ini Edo Collection‘ at the Dallas International Fashion Week.

The Nollywood star launched her shoe line in July, along with a website.

Her new venture involves designing and merchandising genuine leather shoes, leather and fashion handbags, clothing, and other fashion accessories.

In addition to the Ini Edo Collection brand, the site features a boutique line made up of carefully selected contemporary fashion merchandise from other designers.

‘I am not on Facebook!’ – Segun Arinze warns against impostors

Segun Arinze has raised the alarm over fake facebook accounts using his identity to defraud unsuspecting fans and aspiring actors.

Arinze, who issued a brief statement last night, says even though he is not on the social media platform, he was shocked to discover several accounts of his exist, with the operators misleading innocent fans.

One fake Arinze account is allegedly ‘asking unsuspecting members of the public to pay N12k to join Nollywood’.

‘Please at no time have I asked anyone to pay any fee to join Nollywood. There are guilds and associations saddled with that responsibility’, Arinze said in a statement he released via a Blackberry Messenger broadcast.

Arinze says he is also worried that there are more fake Facebook pages (actually there are five other fake accounts) but that he has notified Facebook to shutdown the accounts.

‘I am NOT on FACEBOOK! I have been off long ago. The guy is a fraud! Please do not fall prey and don’t chat with him. I have also duly notified the Facebook team‘.

Years after their bitter break up, it appears ex-lovers Timaya and Empress Njamah have put away their bitterness and embraced friendship again – at least that’s what pictures from 2face Idibia’s birthday party suggest.

Timaya and Empress hooked up at 2face Idibia‘s 37th birthday party held on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at Club Rumours, G.R.A, Ikeja where a host of other celebrities and top entertainment personalities were also present.

We are told the two tried as mush as possible to avoid the cameras – ‘Timaya was the one who initiated contact, he tried as much as possible to dodge the cameras too‘, our source told us.

‘He got closer to her and whispered into her ear and they both laughed, he was just trying to be nice and Empress replied him. That’s  that‘.

Timaya and Empress Njamah began dating over four years back. But in 2009 went through a very public fight which led to a permanent separation.

Timaya has since moved on with his life – In May 2012, he welcomed his first child – a baby girl from his girlfriend.
